The main event starts at midday on Friday 10th of March and ends midday on Sunday 12th of March, giving participants 48 hours to make their game.

During this time, there will also be a number of available workshops as well that you can sign up for.

The event will be held at UHI Moray, Moray Street, Elgin, IV30 1JJ.

There is a car park available on campus and there are nearby public transport links within walking distance such as Elgin bus station and train station.

There will be a number of rooms available over the event that you can stay in.

You will need to bring your own bedding/sleeping bags, as UHI Moray will not provide this.

You will need to bring all of the equipment you will need to develop your game, including your own PC/laptop.

There will be printing facilities available during the event.

Various snacks and buffets will be available during the event for participants.

If you have any dietary requirements, please include them in the sign up form so we can accommodate for this.

There will be a number of facilities available during the event, such as tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and showers.

No smoking or drinking of alcohol is permitted on site.

A designated smoking area will be in operation.
