What is Moray Game Jam?

For more than a decade, Moray Game Jam has challenged creators of all skill levels and backgrounds to turn great ideas into great games.

Hosted by UHI Moray, teams and solo creators have 48 hours to create a video game or board game inspired by a theme revealed at the start of the event. But Moray Game Jam is about more than making games.

Throughout the weekend, jammers can enjoy talks, workshops, community activities and networking opportunities with professionals from the games and wider creative industries.

For many of us, the highlight of the weekend is Sunday's Gaming Playground, where jammers showcase their creations to the public, celebrate their achievements and compete for the coveted People's Choice Award (other awards are available).
