Real-World Game Development: Challenges, Decisions, Lessons

Running a game studio is a series of decisions, and some of them only make sense in hindsight. This workshop is an open, interactive discussion about the real challenges, decisions, and hard-won lessons that come with running a games studio.

Read More:

We'll dig into what goes wrong, what unexpectedly works, and how small choices can quietly snowball into major consequences (both good and bad).

Your questions are actively encouraged throughout. Whether you're curious about setting up a studio, running a business, transitioning from developer to leader, or what it actually means to own and manage a team, bring it all to the table.

The conversation will follow what you want to know, not a fixed agenda. Rather than a scripted talk, this workshop is shaped by the questions and topics the audience bring.
